Pre Visla and The Black Ninja came out to conquer NCSA!
Trick-or-Treating on Pennsylvania Avenue
A band of marauding ninjas and the entire cast of star wars, along with a scary flower and a witch, took off to scare the neighbors. The crowd grew as they met up with more friends along the way (sorry not too many pics from the actual trick-or-treating).
